Meet Nicole
Nicole began working with Well Fitness at the end of April 2024. She has made some amazing progress towards her goals. A few highlights are: She has lost 10% Body Fat and is down 14.6lbs.
Q) How long have you been training with Tina? What do you like the most about working with her?
A) 6 months. I have been blown away by how passionate Tina is about her profession and her clients. She is super knowledgeable, allows me the time I need to figure out how my body should be moving, she does not judge and is always encouraging as she pushes me to challenge myself. Tina also looks at the big picture which I like. Meaning it’s more than just the strength training. She has helped me dial in my diet and self care routine which has made a huge difference in my overall health.
Q) What has been your biggest accomplishment at the studio?
A) For sure my biggest accomplishment so far has been how much stronger I have gotten as well as seeing the number of inches I’m down and my percentage of body fat loss.
Q) What motivated you to start working out?
A) My kids. As I turned 50, I wanted to make sure that I would be able to not only keep up with them, but actually be able to stay active and participate in the things they like to do. Working with Tina is setting me up for success long-term!
Q) What are your fitness goals?
A) To build lean muscle, continue to reduce body fat and improve strength/endurance. We’ve also been working on balance which has been really helpful.
Q) What is your favorite exercise at the gym?
A) It is difficult to pick just one. I never thought I would love strength training as much as I do! That said, I would have to say my favorites are hip thrusters and anything TRX.
