  • I can speak from a year's experience that Tina is a great trainer, and excels at the Midlife Fitness Crisis stage, though I am sure she is great at other phases, too. I love her training approach. There is no DROP AND GIVE ME TWENTY! feeling at all, and yet I find myself dropping, or pushing sleds, or hanging from a bar, and will soon be literally flipping literal tires. It is possible she is a hypnotist. But do not be put off by sleds and tires we have also done a lot of injury recovery and goal-setting and pace-setting, too.
